VESPERAL REFLECTIONS
Inspired by the quiet transition of returning home after an evening at the opera, the collection reflects the moment when the exterior world fades and objects begin to take on a more personal presence. In these intimate hours, furniture becomes less about utility and more about companionship - sculptural, tactile, and quietly expressive.
This collection continues Studio Daniel K’s exploration of furniture as „jewels for the home” - objects
designed not only to inhabit space, but to shape emotional environments.

VESPERAL REFLECTIONS
The collection is designed to live in the “Vesperal light,” where the warmth of parchment and the reflections of
lacquered wood create an atmosphere of calm and sanctuary. These are pieces that function as bold,
dramatic sculptures by day, but reveal their true utility during the quiet moments of the night.
By day, the pieces exist as bold sculptural forms.
By night, they reveal their intimacy — quiet, tactile, and atmospheric.

Jóia armchair
The Jóia armchair emerges as a quiet yet essential presence: an object that invites pause, slow gestures, and conversation.
Defined by a framework of hand-casted bronze, the Joia Armchair is a masterful exercise in linear precision. The dramatic, triangular silhouettes are softened by the human touch inherent in the metalwork, creating
„perfect geometry” that remains viscerally connected to the artisan’s hand.
For this collection, Studio Daniel K collaborates with the Venetian textile house Tessitura Luigi Bevilacqua. The velvet upholstering of the armchairs is based on an Art Deco design created between 1932 and 1934 by architect Carl Bergsten for the Gothenburg City Theater.
The design was later exhibited at the 1934 Venice Biennale by Tessitura Luigi Bevilacqua, becoming part of the house’s historic archive. For this collection, the pattern has been specially recreated in black cotton, translating its theatrical origins into a more intimate setting. The result evokes Art Deco elegance, quiet drama, and the atmosphere of private lounges and evening interiors.

VESPERAL REFLECTIONS
A New Collection Exploring the Narrative of Nocturnal Atmospheres
Following the narratives of Antechamber and Salon, Studio Daniel K returns to Salone del Mobile with a new collection presented in collaboration with Nilufar Gallery. This new body of work moves deeper into the private spaces of the home - exploring intimacy not by function, but as an atmosphere.
Inspired by the quiet transition of returning home after an evening at the opera, the collection reflects the moment when the exterior world fades and objects begin to take on a more personal presence. In these intimate hours, furniture becomes less about utility and more about companionship — sculptural, tactile, and quietly expressive.
This collection continues Studio Daniel K’s exploration of furniture as “jewels for the home” - objects designed not only to inhabit space, but to shape emotional environments.
The Philosophy: Sculptures for Night Use
The collection is designed to live in the “Vesperal light,” where the warmth of parchment and the reflections of lacquered wood create an atmosphere of calm and sanctuary. These are pieces that function as bold, dramatic sculptures by day, but reveal their true utility during the quiet moments of the night.
By day, the pieces exist as bold sculptural forms.
By night, they reveal their intimacy - quiet, tactile, and atmospheric.

Jóia by StudioDanielK extends the studio’s signature jewelry-inspired approach to design—bringing that same sense of precious detail into a table, chair, and desks. Each piece is enriched with brass accents and semi-precious stones, continuing the conversation of material exploration and refined elegance introduced with Antechamber, StudioDanielK’s inaugural collection. The result is furniture that reads like adornment: accents that catch the light, surfaces that feel considered, and a constant dialogue between structure and ornament—where every element is chosen to elevate the whole.
At the heart of StudioDanielK (@studiodanielk) is a clear philosophy: a deep respect for the uniqueness of every material. Each piece is conceived as a celebration of what it’s made from—crafted as an object that moves between design and work of art.
Founded in Milan in 2023 by Daniel Kolodziejczak together with Diana Arce, StudioDanielK grows from Daniel’s ongoing exploration of stonework across furniture, lighting, and interiors. As he puts it: “My years in jewelry taught me to express ideas through stones—their colors, transparencies, and emotions. That approach translates naturally to furniture, where textures, materials, and finishes carry the narrative of the collection.”
