Can You Relate? Party series_| Thessaloniki early 2000.
It was a wildly exciting period. LAGASTA was just taking shape, with Vaios writing the early posts in Greek.
Musically, we were deeply in love with the Australian scene, DFA Records, and the LA sound. We were completely obsessed with London’s TRASH parties and The Joiners Arms.
What I had in mind was to bring indie-dance DJs to our city, decorate the venues and make it a safe space for everyone to come and dance.
I started the project completely alone, but soon a whole crew of friends jumped in to help decorate venues and take care of the artists.

Photo 1: October 2010 – Relate with Yellow
This is from the second event of the series. The theme was “Relate with Yellow”—honestly, I still have no idea why. For my outfit, I pulled together a look inspired by the vibe of Miami Horror (If I remember right).

Photo 2: May 2011 – Pineapple Fever with Moullinex
From our party featuring Moullinex. In the photo, my flatmate Pavlos is wearing a t-shirt he designed that very same day, inspired by the pineapples loved by the Discotexas label. By the end of the night, people were using the party decorations in all sorts of wild ways—just like Pavlos is doing here.

Photo 3: April 2011 – After Hours with In Flagranti
Captured right after a massive party with In Flagranti at an incredible venue in Thessaloniki. There is a beautiful energy to this shot; it feels like the beginning of a party and the end of a party at the exact same time.

This is from the second event of the series. The theme was “Relate with Yellow”—honestly, I still have no idea why. For my outfit, I pulled together a look inspired by the vibe of Miami Horror (If I remember right).

From our party featuring Moullinex. In the photo, my flatmate Pavlos is wearing a t-shirt he designed that very same day, inspired by the pineapples loved by the Discotexas label. By the end of the night, people were using the party decorations in all sorts of wild ways—just like Pavlos is doing here.

Their track “New Era” reached No1 on Beatport, while “Fantastic” received support from BBC Radio 1.

From Berghain / Panorama Bar to House of YES in NYC, Lost Village and WECANDANCE, the duo has been touring some of the world’s most iconic clubs and festivals, always delivering high-energy sets full of groove, emotion and unexpected twists.
