The Earls Court Development Co
We're creating a place the world will watch with wonder, on London’s iconic site of human ingenuity. #discoverwonder

Last night marked a momentous achievement for Earls Court. Kensington & Chelsea’s Planning Committee has resolved to grant permission for its part of the masterplan, following Hammersmith & Fulham’s approval last month.
This paves the way for a £10bn transformation into a new climate-resilient district for Central London.
Over four years, we have worked closely with local residents, community groups and partners to shape an ambitious and inclusive future for this important site. Thank you to everyone who has helped us reach this point.
Our focus now turns to delivery. As we head into 2026, we will be working with public and private sector partners to bring forward the first homes, cultural spaces and major public realm at pace.

Last night, @hfcouncil’s Planning Committee unanimously resolved to grant permission for the Hybrid Planning Application in their borough for development of the former Earls Court Exhibition Centres – a major milestone for a project that’s one of London’s most significant development opportunities and a reflection of years of partnership with residents, community groups, businesses and local leaders.
We’re creating an inclusive new neighbourhood for West London:
• c.4,000 homes
• 12,000 jobs
• Three new cultural venues
• 20 acres of public realm and green space
• 2.5m sq ft of workspace powering climate innovation
Design excellence is at the heart of the plans. The first affordable homes in LBHF have been designed by Stirling Prize winning architects, and our award-winning Public Realm Inclusivity Panel has helped set a new benchmark for inclusive, accessible public space and social impact.
Thank you to everyone who has shaped the proposals and to LBHF for its careful consideration. We now look ahead to the RBKC committee next month. Subject to approvals in both boroughs, we’re ready to move quickly into delivering the first phase.
A huge thank you also goes out to our consultants for their tireless work alongside the ECDC team in shaping the strongest possible proposals for those who live, work and visit Hammersmith & Fulham.

After four years of consultation, collaboration and conversations with local communities and stakeholders, we’re proud to unveil our ambitious plans for Earls Court. Our 44 acre masterplan will come alive with music, arts and entertainment.
The long empty site will be transformed as a new neighbourhood with c.4,000 new homes set among 20 acres of new public open and green space, while reinstating its position as a destination for wonder. It will echo its legacy as a hub of innovation and entertainment, be a showcase for clean and climate tech with 2.5 million sq ft of workspace, and a new cultural ecosystem for London with three new anchor venues. All will be supported by a zero carbon energy network and a zero operational carbon target setting new standards, globally, for sustainable development.
The vision for Earls Court, as place to discover wonder, is guided by four place pillars that underpin everything we do: nature, innovation, culture and neighbourhood.

Anonstories oferuje doskonałe rozwiązanie do ukrywania swojej tożsamości.
