AFTER ONLY SOME DELAY: The first 140Live session is @disgustingestdm. This will be the first in an ongoing series on our YouTube channel and I couldn’t be more excited to share this with yall. This band was a pleasure to have in the shed and so much fun to record and mix. I’m stoked to have them as the first live session band.

Last weekend we tracked drums for my band @athousandangelsandseven and a little solo project of mine that may come out soon at @allacesstudio. Super stoked on how the drums are turning out I can’t wait to finish these records. I can track in any room you want ;). Was nice to use a room bigger than the one I have at home.

Have songs you want to put out but don’t have the gear you want to get the tones in your head? Don’t worry! I can reamp any of your di’s through my gear at my home studio for any mixing projects I do as well as if you just want them to mix yourself! This is a reamp session I’m doing before mixing the debut record for my buddies in @againstthewallhc . Ignore the towel on the floor it was snowing and I had to clean up a puddle from my shoes haha.

Slight variation on a classic. It’s no surprise this setup sounds incredible. I set up mics to record my band practices this last week and they sound release ready (if we played good enough lol)

Bought a couple mics from my buddy @lucas__smithh @luckysoundstudio

real excited to use these on some upcoming sessions. I had been using a 421 for a while now that a friend was lending me but I figured it was finally time to get one.

Then of course the Kurt ballou snare and guitar mix the heil pr30 is gonna be fun to mess with.

More aggressive material, a new tuning, fresh vocal techniques, better production including help from my friend Mat @140audio (with whom guitars are being re-amped right now), and big plans for the future.

Had the absolute pleasure of working with my friends in @ampulewy on this record.
It was quite the project as it’s a compilation of, I believe, 4 different sessions 2 of which I engineered and 2 of which were done with others. I mixed and mastered the whole thing and it was a blast. I wish I took pictures during the process I will get better at that!!! The songs I tracked were live tracked in my tiny shed.
