Alliance for Cohesion and Racial Equality

I’m excited to announce that, starting Thursday 28th May, I’ll be helping facilitate a new creative wellbeing space in collaboration with ACRE Community Wellbeing Hub @acrereading
“Art From the Heart” is a creative space for expression, exploration, and connection through art.
These sessions are open to everyone, whether you’re a complete beginner, experienced artist, or simply someone looking for a relaxed and supportive environment to create, reflect, and connect with others.
The sessions will include:
• Painting & drawing activities
• Creative expression exercises
• Group collaboration
• A safe and supportive environment
Creativity has always been deeply connected to wellbeing for me. Art can be more than just making images. It can be a way to express thoughts and emotions that are difficult to put into words. A way to slow down, explore, heal, connect, and simply create without pressure or judgment.
📍 ACRE Wellbeing Hub
344 Oxford Road, Reading, RG30 1AF
🗓 Thursdays
⏰ 11:00 – 13:00

I’m genuinely looking forward to building this space together and seeing where it grows.

The Art and Wellbeing session, held by @silvanosartduring our Tea and Coffee Morning on the 12th, focused on creativity and relaxation. Participants shared that while exploring their creativity and expressing whatever came to mind, they felt free and unjudged. Many described feeling calm, relaxed, and able to de-stress after a stressful weekend. The session created a peaceful space where everyone could unwind, express themselves, and support their wellbeing through art.

Find your balance, breathe a little deeper, and start your week with peace 🧘✨

Today we had the pleasure of attending a meeting with all the incredible organisations awarded funding by @readingcouncil Reading Borough Council through the BCF
It was such a meaningful space to connect, reflect, and strengthen the work we are all doing across our communities. We had the chance to reconnect with familiar faces and build new relationships that will help us grow and support even more people together.
We’re really looking forward to visiting @launchpadreadingon Monday and continuing these important conversations. It was also lovely catching up with Zobia from@parenting_special_children, the team from @acrereading @berkshirevision , RCLC, @suerydercharityand @ageukberkshire to name a few and we’re excited about the opportunities ahead to collaborate and deliver training together.
Moments like this remind us how powerful partnership working truly is. When we come together, we create safer, stronger, and more compassionate communities.
A huge thank you to Reading Borough Council for bringing us all into the same space , it really does make a difference 💜

@acrereading, in partnership with @utulivurdg ,hosted another successful monthly wellbeing session as part of our community coffee morning series.
This month, we were delighted to welcome renowned community artist @silvanosart , who facilitated an engaging session on art as a tool for mental wellbeing.
These monthly wellbeing sessions continue to create spaces where cohesion, diversity, and creativity come together to support healthier communities. We look forward to welcoming everyone to our next session.

Art and wellbeing involved painting a tree, led by @silvanosart We began by working with paint, starting with the sky, then moving down into the sunset, continuing into the grass, and finally allowing the tree to grow. This step-by-step process encouraged us to slow down and stay present.
The activity helped to clear our minds, offering space for reflection and a deeper sense of calm. Painting in this way allowed us to feel more connected to nature and to ourselves, supporting relaxation and emotional balance. Art and Wellbeing can be particularly beneficial for mental health, as it provides a non-verbal way to express thoughts and feelings, reduces stress, and promotes mindfulness.
Participants were reminded that you do not need to be an artist to create art. What matters is how you engage your mind, allow yourself to be creative, and enjoy the process. Art is not about perfection — it is about expression, wellbeing, and giving yourself permission to explore and heal.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
Keep track of Instagram updates discreetly while protecting your privacy and staying anonymous.
View profiles and photos anonymously with ease using the Private Profile Viewer.
This free tool allows you to view Instagram Stories anonymously, ensuring your activity remains hidden from the story uploader.
Anonstories lets users view Instagram stories without alerting the creator.
Works seamlessly on iOS, Android, Windows, macOS, and modern browsers like Chrome and Safari.
Prioritizes secure, anonymous browsing without requiring login credentials.
Users can view public stories by simply entering a username—no account needed.
Downloads photos (JPEG) and videos (MP4) with ease.
The service is free to use.
Content from private accounts can only be accessed by followers.
Files are for personal or educational use only and must comply with copyright rules.
Enter a public username to view or download stories. The service generates direct links for saving content locally.
