Meet Bob Ross! Bob recently came to us from an unhealthy living situation. He is already blind and requires a bilateral enucleation due to the injuries and infections in his eyes. Luckily, we have an amazing plan with Dr. Stoner to help him; unfortunately, the cost will deplete our emergency medical fund.

Please consider contributing to Bob’s $3,000 surgery bill so that we can help him recover and return to some of his favorite hobbies: car rides, learning new tricks, and giving love! ❤️

Meet Maverick!🩵

🐶This sweet guy is looking for a patient, loving, and special home! He surrendered to us due to no fault of his own, and landed himself in a foster home. Maverick bonds deeply with his people, he is extremely loyal, protective, and cuddly! Currently, he lives with 3 cats and a dog in his foster home. Maverick ADORES his canine friends (as shown playing with a shelter dog, Nina!), it truly helps him open up and feel safe. He would thrive in a home with a doggy friend that knows the breed- and even some cat friends!

🐾Maverick admittingly will not be your friend within the hour...or day...he likes to take his time, strangers are scary-but we’re working on it! Maverick is a confident boy, so he has no problem telling you “don’t touch”. He will need a home that is going to respect his boundaries at first, but after he knows your cool he will turn into your shadow and a lap dawg! Maverick doesn’t enjoy meeting new people, so please take that into consideration long term wise!

Hey there, I’m Milo 🐾

I’m a young, laid-back guy looking for my forever home… maybe it could be with you? I can be a little shy when we first meet, but don’t worry — it doesn’t take me long to warm up and show my sweet side. 🤎

One of my favorite things? A good sniff walk! I love exploring the world one smell at a time (I guess you could say my strong nose is in my DNA 👃🐶). Right now, I’m still figuring out all the things I love, the things I don’t, and learning some pretty cool tricks along the way!

If you’re looking for a gentle buddy to grow, learn, and go on adventures with, I think we should meet!

🚨 Calling all laundry angels! 🚨

Our shelter is FULL of kittens, stray dogs, and our adoptable animals, it’s raining, and it’s a long weekend… which means it’s the perfect time for our dryer to stop working again 😅

We are seeking volunteers to pick up a bag or two of laundry to wash and return to the shelter. This will help us stay on top of everything until we can fix the dryer!

One of my favorite things in the whole world? Water 💦 Give me a pool to splash in or take me on a walk near a pond and… well… don’t be surprised if I suddenly decide I’m actually a fish. I just can’t help myself.

I love long walks, fun toys, and stretching out these lanky legs after a good day of exploring. I’m still learning about how I feel around other animals, but I do know I have so much love and life left to share with the right person.
