Tikkun Leil Shavuot is coming up this Thursday, May 21, and here is another sneak peek at what’s in store!

This preview features sessions like Defending our Immigrant Neighbors: Mutual Aid vs. Tzedakah with Detroit Jews for Justice, A Second Stomach for Dessert with Justin Long, and Dancing the Night Awake: Merengue with Marni Falk Colman, with more still to come.

We're putting a Shavuot spin on Tot Shabbat and Kids Kehillah this month! Join us for music, learning, and fun dairy treats on Saturday, May 23rd, followed by Kiddush and Shabbat lunch in community! Link in bio to register.

Join the Downtown Synagogue for Mazel Toss, a young adult night out at the iconic Fowling Warehouse! Come hang, meet new people, and try your hand at fowling, the ultimate mashup of football and bowling. No experience needed, just bring your throwing arm and good vibes. Tickets are $15 and include two hours of lane time and a drink ticket. The winner will take home a piece of Downtown Synagogue merch. We will also gather for Havdalah as we close out Shabbat.
