a massive thankyou to @litchi_hov and @thegmni for bringing me into this, creating this artwork, and more so, creating a magnetizing environment to be in. you two have guided us with love, SO MUCH LAUGHTER, and graceful teaching… thankyou for bringing us into your world and sharing hearts, culture, and authenticity. beyond inspired. beyond grateful.
it was an honor dancing with these beasts and legends. we made some magic y’all. learning and absorbing from every one of you ✨ @kaijmari @deshawn_da_prince @rob_bynes @maya.papayaa_ @x__carloskidd @heyitsseanna @miabella.gonzalez ✨
yet again, looking around and just overwhelmed with where i’ve found myself. exhaling. trusting. leading with gratitude. surrendering to the plot twists.

i didn’t plan on screaming after but this was the most nervous i had ever been to perform and i think i just needed the release.
this is years of self research, and to finally be able to structure the conclusions and heal while creating this is a really great gift.
i have lots of rolls of left over duct tape if anyone needs any.

for the first few months of this contract, i didn’t allow myself to call out of the show because i didn’t feel i’d “earned it” yet. since starting this show, I’ve been saying i have naturally taken on the mindset and qualities of an athlete. making sure my body was as strong as it could be, and consciously fueling my body with the foods to support this new journey. and even further, i subconsciously made myself a player within a game. I competed with my inner critic every show. and in a game, results are black and white. succeed or fail. win or lose. so if a show didn’t feel like my best, if the choreography or a trick or a step wasn’t executed the way i wanted it to be done, i felt like i’d “lost” that show.
this went on for months.
eventually i listened to my body and spirit and knew i needed rest. so i finally called out. and on the tuesday i came back, i “won” the show. i had finally left the theater that night and felt truly proud of my performance. now it’s certainly impossible to call it perfect, but feeling like i had accomplished what i’d been working so hard at was such a joyous relief. and i don’t think i would’ve “won” that show unless i took the rest. while i do applaud my determination to show up every day and put in the hard work it takes to “master” something, knowing when to rest is a key part of the mastering journey, and it has always been my hardest lesson.
has every show since then been the same? of course not. in my mind, i still have “off” shows that can’t necessarily be seen by an audience. and the gravel is still full of surprises. but i will keep striving to create that simple and gratifying feeling of a job well done, while also giving myself the most grace when i need to re-ground and heal.
i’ve been playing Ace for 6 months on tour now, and it has officially been *the most* challenging and fulfilling work. for these next 6 months on the road, i want to keep expanding my knowledge on mind~body~soul alignment, knowing yes it’ll make me a better Ace, but more importantly a better person.to play Ace is an artists’ dream. thankyou to so many for trusting me with her. she makes me feel like a champion every night. ✨

i shed so much of what i didn’t need last year, making space for the things i’ve been manifesting for my life. reconnected with my family. closed a tony award winning show. then joined a tony award winning show. got really confident at speaking on live television. Lorded 3 tanks in Marvel Rivals. performed next to a pop star. started taking creatine. choreographed music videos. had my choreo performed in front of 6000 people. got a tattoo in Spain. met the guy who created the Avengers. started therapy. locked in on my chosen family and made sure they knew how important they were to me.
i also cried pretty heavily, took lots of advil cause my body was being put through new challenges, spiraled when i couldn’t do something perfectly on the first try, fell into old habits that i knew were just trauma responses, took forever to answer emails… hehehe
i’m entering 2026 on tour with some really special people and new evolution under my belt. v excited. let’s get it poppin
i shed so much of what i didn’t need last year, making space for the things i’ve been manifesting for my life. reconnected with my family. closed a tony award winning show. then joined a tony award winning show. got really confident at speaking on live television.

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
