I love group class, y’all. I believe in Pilates deeply, I believe in my training deeply, and I believe in putting in the work and the time in to feeling better. It cannot be understated how much movement is medicine. In saying that - there’s simply nothing like Privates, it’s what this method was originally made for, it’s how I can be super specific to help YOU based on your goals (as well as my goals for you!).
Working with these two women for over a year and a half in my private space, I can see the change in them. One, an entrepreneur and fellow friend in wellness, the other a dancer and acrobat, helping them achieve their goals, and many others in this space, has been a personal thrill.
