10 years sober today.

What’s up my friends. I don’t talk about it much, but this one matters.

For me, it was a piece of the puzzle that helped me see what I’m actually capable of. It gave me clarity, helped me work on myself, and led to better relationships and a better life overall.

It also made me appreciate the simple things—waking up clear, being present, being grateful. I’m grateful for my family , friends and the best partner I could possibly ask for .

Best decision I ever made.

I don’t like to preach so that’s why I don’t post it about it much but that being said…

If you’ve been thinking about it… go for it. It’s worth it.

This one took some planning . I had an idea and like everything else I create it keeps revealing itself to me from taking a step . Every move creates another vision of where to go. This 13 foot wall piece is the centerpiece for this new room in @wild.tribe.wellness . It’s made up of all individual panels that I hung with French cleats. Really happy how this one turned out. Using @vectricltd Aspire I was able to see my vision and make it come to life . My @shopsabre RC-8 is a workhorse as well. There were so many steps to make this lots of hand tools mixed in with hand painting as well as spraying . I was given complete control of what was made and I love when I get that trust.My best work comes from letting me run loose. @wild.tribe.wellness is currently expanding and tripling in size so I have a lot more to show you . This place has so much to offer and is blowing up so if you’re looking for some self care I would highly recommend checking them out.
