10 Years of Zenergy. 10 Lessons I’ve Learned.

10 years ago, Zenergy started as an idea - a risky, ambitious one. I had no idea what was coming, and thank god for that, because if I had known how hard it would be, I might’ve hesitated.

Now, a full decade later, here’s what I’ve learned:

1. Community is everything.
The brand means nothing without the people in the room. The riders, the team, the friendships, the support - that is Zenergy.

2. It’s not about being the best. It’s about being consistent.
Show up. Keep showing up. You don’t have to reinvent the wheel every week - you just have to keep it spinning.

3. Your team will make or break you.
Surround yourself with people who believe in the mission, and invest in them as humans - not just employees.

4. Burnout isn’t a badge of honor.
Take the vacation. Ask for help. Your body, your brain, and your business will thank you.

5. Trends come and go. Connection doesn’t.
Lights, playlists, hashtags - they change. But making someone feel seen, strong, and safe? That’s timeless.

6. You can’t please everyone.
And trying to will leave you exhausted and disconnected from your vision.

7. Growth isn’t always upward.
Sometimes it’s inward. Sometimes it’s backwards before it’s forward. But it’s always happening if you’re paying attention.

8. Feedback is a gift - even when it stings.
Listen. Learn. Don’t take it personally. (Okay, maybe take it personally for 10 minutes, then move on.)

9. You get to define success.
It’s not always revenue. It’s not always scale. Sometimes it’s a sweaty high five and a packed room on a Monday night. (Hey Nick’s Monday Club!)

10. If you believe in something enough - it will evolve.
This studio has changed. I’ve changed. But the heart of what we do? That’s never wavered.

To every rider, every instructor, every teammate who helped build this - thank you. I’m endlessly grateful. Here’s to the next 10. 💚

What. A. Month. 🏳️‍🌈 From producing two All Out Music Fests (with the help of PromoWest and AEG) to dancing through World Pride (congrats again @jakeresnicow and team!), to celebrating with friends, family, and chosen family, I’m leaving June feeling deeply proud.

Pride Month may be wrapping up, but this isn’t a moment, it’s a movement. We celebrate, support, and show up 365 days a year. Here’s to living out loud, building spaces that feel like home, and never backing down from joy. Thanks for being you ❤️

P.S. thank you @avagracestudios for your incredible artistry 📸. It was an honor to work with you again, but more than anything, to call you a friend ❤️

Still trying to find the words… but for now: we did it. Twice. In two cities. In two weeks.

What you didn’t see were the 18-hour days, the nights I cried alone in my car, the panic attacks at 3 a.m., and the moments I was convinced I wasn’t strong enough to keep going. There were days I truly felt like I was breaking: emotionally, mentally, and physically.

And still… we did it.

Because every time I looked out and saw you dancing, screaming lyrics, hugging your friends — I remembered why I started this. Not for the accolades or the stress, but to build something real, loud, and joyful for the LGBTQ+ community.

I want to say thank you. From the deepest part of me. To every person who bought a ticket, who shared a post, who showed up early or stayed late. To the teammates and friends who helped carry even a sliver of this with me, your support meant more than you know.

I’m proud, but I’m tired. I need time to heal, to reset, to rediscover who I am when I’m not constantly running on empty.

But for now, just know you helped create something unforgettable. You gave this thing life. And you gave me a reason to keep going, even when it felt impossible.

Thank you 💜

Many more pics to come but here are a few from the incredibly talented @zcassar 📸

View Instagram Stories in Secret

The Instagram Story Viewer is an easy tool that lets you secretly watch and save Instagram stories, videos, photos, or IGTV. With this service, you can download content and enjoy it offline whenever you like. If you find something interesting on Instagram that you’d like to check out later or want to view stories while staying anonymous, our Viewer is perfect for you. Anonstories offers an excellent solution for keeping your identity hidden. Instagram first launched the Stories feature in August 2023, which was quickly adopted by other platforms due to its engaging, time-sensitive format. Stories let users share quick updates, whether photos, videos, or selfies, enhanced with text, emojis, or filters, and are visible for only 24 hours. This limited time frame creates high engagement compared to regular posts. In today’s world, Stories are one of the most popular ways to connect and communicate on social media. However, when you view a Story, the creator can see your name in their viewer list, which may be a privacy concern. What if you wish to browse Stories without being noticed? Here’s where Anonstories becomes useful. It allows you to watch public Instagram content without revealing your identity. Simply enter the username of the profile you’re curious about, and the tool will display their latest Stories. Features of Anonstories Viewer: - Anonymous Browsing: Watch Stories without showing up on the viewer list. - No Account Needed: View public content without signing up for an Instagram account. - Content Download: Save any Stories content directly to your device for offline use. - View Highlights: Access Instagram Highlights, even beyond the 24-hour window. - Repost Monitoring: Track the reposts or engagement levels on Stories for personal profiles. Limitations: - This tool works only with public accounts; private accounts remain inaccessible. Benefits: - Privacy-Friendly: Watch any Instagram content without being noticed. - Simple and Easy: No app installation or registration required. - Exclusive Tools: Download and manage content in ways Instagram doesn’t offer.
