As we move deeper into a digital world, we are gradually drifting away from our natural ability to feel and connect with ourselves.

Life has become fast-paced and constant, filled with information and distraction. In this, something quieter often gets lost.

Presence and deeper connection, which are innate to being human, can feel harder to access amidst the pace of everyday life.

What if it did not have to be this way? What if, through art, play, sound, and genuine human connection, it were possible to return to a sense of presence that feels natural and easeful?

Bodydreaming offers a small opening into this. It is a moment to pause, and a chance to gather yourself in the midst of noise and overstimulation.

If you feel called to take this pause, you are warmly invited to join us on May 10th as we come together once again for a sound and art journey.

This is a space that weaves together ancient sound and electronic elements, where time can slow down and you can simply be as you are.

Bodydreaming returns with a new sonic showcase exploring the intimacy of sound 🪐

An evening designed for deep listening, sensory exploration, and connection.

Bodydreaming blends ancient acoustic instruments, experimental ambience, and spatial sound design to create a live sound journey that unfolds around you.

What to expect :

The evening begins with a gentle breathwork exploration to settle the body and open the senses with breath practitioner @dankells_

From there, we move into a live ambient sound journey guided by Bodydreaming founders Ollie & @mundell_off_movetomove_on.

@api_terravibra returns with live instrumental textures inspired by inspired by ancestral wisdom shaped through natural sounds.

@sunitamovement will be debuting for BD who is a sound and gong practitioner who will be grounding the space with the resonant power of the gong.

Together, these elements form a layered ambient experience where acoustic and electronic worlds meet.

For this showcase we welcome @parametrica_studio Design, presenting a custom 4-point spatial sound system, accompanied by a visual installation that transforms the room into a living sound environment.

After the journey, we open the space for reflection, connection, and gentle integration.

@akasa_akasa_ — a beautiful creative space dedicated to connection, creativity, and imagination.

This experience is limited to 24 participants to preserve the intimacy of the listening space.
