Two months ago I was really about to walk away from music and my craft and last night I had TWO B2B SOLD OUT SHOWS at @sfjazz for @noisepop !!!!

The past few years has broken my relationship with my self, with my craft, with my own humanity, and reckoning with these times had left me divorced from Spirit and my calling. But the countless reminders from everyone who came and witnessed that this is a gift that must be nurtured and must be given. I’m so grateful to each and every one that came out to my shows last night and held me as I laid it all bare on stage. My heart is so full. Immense gratitude to @noisepop for having me and honored to be included in this year’s lineup. And to @sfjazz for their overwhelming hospitality and care for their artists; this was the most important show of my career.
