Philipp Ringhofer erweitert Trainingsangebote mit 103 Performance!

Bei Philipp Ringhofer gibt es ein paar Veränderungen und Erweiterungen bei den Angeboten: Philipp Ringhofer hat eine weitere Trainer - Ausbildung absolviert und arbeitet jetzt auch mit einem Sportwissenschaftler und einer Sportphysiotherapeutin zusammen. Sei es Leistungstest, Körperliches Training, Therapie und auch Training am Bike - Es wird versucht alles im Offroadsport abzudecken.... Aber auch eine Betreuung für andere Sportart ist möglich (downhill, Fitness verbessern, Snowboarder usw)

Zu langsam in der Qualifikation? 🏁

Du bist im Training schnell, aber im Rennen fehlt die Zeit?
Oder du kommst generell nicht auf die gewünschte Pace?

👉 Dann schau dir das an:

1️⃣ Schnell im Training – aber nicht im Rennen?
Oft liegt es nicht an der Geschwindigkeit, sondern am Kopf.
Zu viel Fokus auf „schnell fahren“ erzeugt Stress – und genau das blockiert dich.

➡️ Wichtiger ist:
• Gefühl fürs Bike
• Saubere Linienwahl
• Klare Abläufe

💡 Tipp: Bleib im Rennen ruhiger und konzentriere dich bewusst auf Strecke und Technik – nicht nur auf die Zeit.

2️⃣ Generell zu langsam?
Dann fehlt oft die Grundlage:

✔️ Technik zuerst
Ohne saubere Technik kannst du nicht konstant schnell und fehlerfrei fahren.

✔️ Sektionen trainieren
Arbeite gezielt an einzelnen Streckenabschnitten und steigere dich dort Schritt für Schritt.

✔️ Rundenleistung entwickeln
Setze die verbesserten Sektionen zu einer schnellen Runde zusammen.

✔️ Sprints einbauen
Nur lange Distanzen bringen dich nicht weiter – baue gezielte Sprint-Einheiten in dein Training ein.

⚡️ Laktat ist kein Abfallprodukt
Es entsteht, wenn dein Körper schnell Energie braucht – z. B. bei Sprints oder intensiven Intervallen.

🚀 Laktat = Energie
Dein Körper kann Laktat direkt wieder nutzen:
➡️ Muskeln
➡️ Herz
➡️ sogar das Gehirn

🔄 Laktat wird recycelt
Über das sogenannte „Lactate Shuttle“ wird es zwischen Geweben transportiert und weiterverwendet.

🧠 Laktat ist ein Signalstoff
