I’m back in Washington today on the heels of Labor Day, and here’s what I see: 

The rich and powerful teaming up with Republicans to rig the system, scam the American people, and strip the country for parts. 

Screw that.

Washington shouldn’t be making life worse for folks. If you work hard and you play by the rules, the American Dream should be yours. 

Your family, your hard work, your sacrifice – that’s what matters. And that’s what I’m sure as hell fighting for.

Instead of wasting billions on Donald Trump’s Iran War, let’s spend money to make life better — right here at home.

There’s nothing more powerful than solidarity ✊
