i’m so thrilled to share our FIRST MUSIC VIDEO with the world! creating this video has been an absolute joy from start to finish. growing up, i was obsessed with the iconic boy bands of the 1960s, and this video is my love letter to the visual aesthetics of groups like The Beatles, The Monkees, The Rolling Stones, and The Animals (just to name a few). it’s filled with bright colors, silly tableaus, and everything that captured my attention about rock ‘n’ roll in the first place.
i’m thankful to so many people for helping this video come to life (they are all credited and tagged so show them some love), but i must give an extra special shoutout to my best friend, bandmate, and the director of this video: @colinhodgkin. Colin truly has a gift and a passion for filmmaking, and i knew from the beginning that i could trust him to handle our first video with the care and attention it deserved. he worked with me every step of the way to bring my vision to life, and i couldn’t be more thankful for the creative partnership and friendship we have formed over the last 7 years.
