Freddie joined the Navy after high school, following in his relatives’ footsteps, and deployed multiple times to Iraq and Afghanistan. When he retired from the military, Freddie struggled with carrying the burden of three decades of service. Determined to be the husband, father and person he wanted to be, Freddie reached out to Boot Campaign and found intentional treatment for both his body and brain that fostered authentic healing.
