Wear your most colourful clothes and bring your biggest smiles! Be your brightest at this summer’s Go Bright Fun Run for Cornwall Mind!

Join us on Sunday 16th August at National Trust Trelissick, near Truro, for a fun-filled morning where you can run, walk, skip or dance along a bespoke scenic route created especially for us by the Trust.

Choose between a one mile or two mile run and enjoy the stunning views as you pass by the ancient oaks and weave through private parkland, starting and finishing at the stately Trelissick House.

Hope Walks is a free, supportive walking group for people who have been affected by the loss of someone close to them who may have died by suicide.

We’re now launching our evening walks, running from May to September in Truro.

📅 Monthly walk
🕙 Monday evening from 6pm

There is no time limit on the bereavement – you are welcome whether your loss was recent or many years ago.

Our walks offer a gentle opportunity to connect with others who understand, with time to walk and talk together in a supportive, natural environment.

All walks are facilitated by Cornwall Mind staff and volunteers.

Wednesdays 10am - 12 noon, every fortnight.

Our Supportive Minds groups are based around the 5 Ways to Wellbeing – Connect, Be Active, Take Notice, Keep Learning, and Give. They are for anyone (over 18) wanting to improve their mental health and wellbeing.

We're accepting referrals for our 1:1 Peer Recovery Coach Service. Spaces currently available from Truro up to North Cornwall.

Our Peer Recovery Coaches use their own lived experience of mental health to support others in a safe, understanding, and non-judgemental way.

Together, we can support you to take control of your wellbeing and build hope, confidence, and self-belief.

You’ll work with your Recovery Coach to create a personalised wellbeing plan, helping you identify what matters to you and what supports your mental health and wellbeing.

We'll also support you to work towards personal goals, get involved in community activities, and connect with other local support.
