El Cuerpo Recuerda es nuestra 1er invitación.
Un viaje de movimiento holístico que integra ritmo, fuerza y respiración para permitir que el cuerpo se sienta fluido, expresivo y libre.

Y viene a cargo del artista Yannick L. Mindu que nos visita desde Londres. @yannickmindu guía a creativos multidisciplinares a activar la expresión y el flujo creativo a través del movimiento, la respiración y la fuerza.

Combinando movimiento rítmico, acondicionamiento físico y prácticas somáticas, crea espacios donde el cuerpo se convierte en un portal hacia la libertad y la expresión.
