💥 LI SONG
@slow.software is a London-based musician and computer programmer. He performs improvised music with his computer and composes using electronics and acoustic instruments while exploring algorithmic systems, acoustic phenomena, percussion and portable speakers. Some of his works were published by Infant Tree, SUPERPANG, Ftarri and Zoomin' Night. The collaborative album „three melodicas“ by Li Song, Sam Andreae, and Rory Salter just dropped via zappak and the collaborative release "toppe bianche 白色补丁"with Luciano Maggiore will be published by @aloe_records in June 2026.
💥 HYE YOUNG SIN
Berlin based artist @hye.young.sin sets the stage for a multitude of mundane objects and discarded items, music tools and simple toys... driven by low-voltage electronics, motors, breath and musical subtlety. She performs solo and in various collaborations and works with the sound/performance collective multilogue, presenting at Q-O2 Brussels, Haus der Kunst München, ZKM Karlsruhe and INSONORA Madrid.
For Rumpeln 7 Hye Young Sin and Li Song team up as a duo.

💥 MATTO ZOPPI
@mattozoppi is a sound artist and performer whose work merges sound, poetry, and extended voice techniques to evoke grotesque and liminal narrative tensions. He explores language and narration as a tool for interpreting and transforming reality, often incorporating elements of theater and radio art to investigate the space between sound, speech, and transformation.
Happy to have Matto on the Rumpeln floor with two mics and one stand.

This is the first collaborative recording project by Li Song and Luciano Maggiore: ‘toppe bianche 白色补丁’ was recorded beneath the railway arches and across the marshes of Walthamstow, London. It captures the subtle interplay between portable electronics and the rhythmic pulse of passing trains. Rather than erasing the urban environment, the artists added white noise to create a unified sonic landscape. The result is a semi-composed, semi-improvised exploration born from the interweaving arches of environmental factors and human dialogue—a piece of music that eschews self-awareness in favour of a supernatural imbalance.
The work functions as a collaboration between Li’s “no-performance” practice and Maggiore’s fascination with repetition and endurance. A creation of time in which the boundaries between performer, device, and environment finally dissolve.

Fishflu approaches her selection as an act of exploration, pulling from all corners of sound with a curiosity for the experimental and a pull toward the psychedelic. From dreamy, atmospheric textures to the depth of bass and the space of dub, her sets unfold with slow, hypnotic energy that draws the room into a shared state of mind. @fishfluuu_

Li Song is a musician and computer programmer based in London. His work explores algorithmic music systems, acoustic phenomena, percussion and portable speakers. He has released music on labels including Infant Tree, Zoomin‘ Night, Ftarri and Superpang. https://notimportant.org @slow.software

Workshop mit
Ensemble [ _ _ _ ] (Shuoxin Tan, Jia Liu, Li Song) – Kollaborative Algorithmen: Ein Workshop zu vernetzter Musik
@e_nse_mbl_e @mewithoutnara @______bean @slow.software

💥 MATTO ZOPPI
voice, electronics
@mattozoppi is a sound artist and performer whose work merges sound, poetry, and extended voice techniques to evoke grotesque and liminal narrative tensions. He explores language and narration as a tool for interpreting and transforming reality, often incorporating elements of theater and radio art to investigate the space between sound, speech, and transformation.
Happy to have Matteo on the Rumpeln floor with two mics and one stand. Pretty sure it will be pretty uncompromising, pretty surprising, pretty pretty.

HYE YOUNG SIN & LI SONG
objects
Berlin based artist @hye.young.sin sets the stage for a multitude of mundane objects and discarded items, music tools and simple toys... driven by low-voltage electronics, motors, breath and musical subtlety. She performs solo and in various collaborations and works with the sound/performance collective multilogue, presenting at Q-O2 Brussels, Haus der Kunst München, ZKM Karlsruhe and INSONORA Madrid.
Li Song @slow.software is a London-based musician and computer programmer. He performs improvised music with his computer and composes using electronics and acoustic instruments while exploring algorithmic systems, acoustic phenomena, percussion and portable speakers. Some of his works were published by Infant Tree, SUPERPANG, Ftarri and Zoomin' Night. The collaborative album „three melodicas“ by Li Song, Sam Andreae, and Rory Salter will drop via zappak on May 1st.
For Rumpeln 7 Hye Young Sin and Li Song team up as a duo. Come and feel invited to observe the behaviour of the duo‘s sounds just like you would observe a crew of ants building their house…

Sam Andreae, Li Song, Rory Salter @samandreae @slow.software @rorysalter__
"three melodicas"
Release date: May 01, 2026
Catalog no. zappak-032
Li Song: Melodica
Sam Andreae: Melodica
Rory Salter: Melodica
Recorded by Rory Salter
Mixed and mastered by Rory Salter
Sam Andreae, Li Song, and Rory Salter are UK based artists. All of them perform and present their works in a minimalist style, and they are all noteworthy figures among current artists who take an experimental approach.
As the title suggests, this work consists of four performances using three melodicas. Silence and sustained sounds produced by the instruments appear and disappear, creating single notes and harmonics. They are performances of intense concentration, and at the same time, it is a wonderfully accomplished work for listening work.
