Olivia Raicovich, 13, a violinist from Jupiter, Florida, studying with Huifang Chen, will attend the Sphinx Performance Academy at Boston Conservatory at Berklee this summer.

From serving as concertmaster of the 2025 FMEA All-State 7–8 Orchestra to performing at Carnegie Hall, Olivia continues to build an impressive musical path at a young age.

🗣️ At SPA, she hopes to “open up more” through her playing, strengthen her chamber music experience, and learn how to perform with greater confidence under pressure.

Accepted into the Atlanta Symphony Talent Development Program at age 9 and later into ASYO at 12, Emma continues building confidence and artistry through music.

🗣️ At SPA, she hopes to “become more confident” in her performing while learning how to show “more emotion” through her playing.

Congratulations to Roel Arazo on winning a position with the United States Army Field Band.

A Cuban American euphonium player from Miami, Florida, Roel recently completed his studies at the University of Michigan and now begins this next chapter in one of the country’s premier military ensembles.
