Burgers, boards, large plates, small plates - they’ve got it all. I went for the Tofoo katsu (yes yes yes) and the burnt end Tofoo tacos (LOVE)!! Fun, not-boring, full of flavour, and protein-packed. THIS IS WHAT WE WANT! THANK YOU! 🙌

Top tip - you know if a restaurant has partnered with @tofoo to source their vegan goodness and upgrade their menu then it’s gonna be a plant-based 10 out of 10.

Unpopular opinion: tempeh doesn’t get nearly enough credit. 🫘
I eat meat. I love meat. But this? This coconut turmeric ramen with @tofoo Thempeh is one of the most satisfying bowls I’ve made — and I’m not sorry about it.
Firm, chewy, packed with protein and flavour — it’s sunshine in a bowl and I will not be taking questions ☀️🍜

Ingredients:

Makes 2 servings

For the Tempeh
1 pack of Tofoo tempeh
1 Tbsp of Soy Sauce
1 tsp of Maple Syrup
1 tsp of smoked paprika

For the Ramen:
2 crushed Garlic Cloves
1 tsp of ginger puré
Tbsp of sesame oil
2 chopped spring onions
2 tbsp of peanut butter
1 tbsp of white miso
2 tbsp of turmeric
1 litre of boiled water mixed with veg stock
Coconut milk/cream
2 nests of noodles

To Top:
Coriander
Chilli Oil
Spring onions
