During Experiential Learning Week 2026, our pupils embarked on meaningful ECG experiences that broadened their perspectives beyond the classroom. 🌟
Primary 1 pupils reflected on their dreams and aspirations through conversations and growth mindset activities, while Primary 2 pupils explored their interests, strengths, and aspirations through the interactive “ECG on the Move” travelling exhibition. Building on these experiences, Primary 3 pupils gained hands-on exposure to different industries through ECG exhibition stations, and Primary 4 pupils learnt from parent speakers across diverse professions.
Through these developmentally progressive experiences, pupils deepened their understanding of resilience, adaptability, and lifelong learning as they grow into purposeful and future-ready learners with confidence, empathy, and a strong sense of purpose. ✨

在菩提学校，教育与职业指导（Education and Career Guidance， 简称 ECG）旨在引导学生深化自我认知、发掘优势与兴趣，并在学业、志向与社会贡献之间建立有意义的连结。🌟
在2026年“体验式学习周”期间，各年级学生参与了定制化的ECG活动。这些体验不仅拓宽了学生的课外视野，更深化了他们对正确价值观、坚韧精神、适应力与终身学习的理解。
低年级：启蒙与自我探索
一年级：通过对话与成长型思维活动，反思梦想并思考实现目标所需的毅力。
二年级：参与品格与公民教育部门（Character and Citizenship Education Department）联合教育与职业指导组（Education and Career Guidance Branch）举办的“流动ECG展览”，通过展品与反思发掘自身潜能，了解不同行业对社会的贡献，种下回馈社区的种子。
中高年级：对接真实职场
三年级：通过医疗、科学和媒体等互动展位，亲身体验并拓宽职业认知。
四年级：通过不同专业领域的家长分享，获取真实的行业洞察，深刻体悟到韧性、适应力与终身学习是面对瞬息万变世界的基石。
通过这种循序渐进的引导，菩提学校致力于培养有目标、善反思且面向未来的学习者，赋予他们自信与成长型思维，以同理心和使命感去拥抱未来。🌟
