On this most recent interview, I attended the Cruisin’ and Droppin’ car show in Norcross, GA and sat down in a 1978 Oldsmobile #cutlasssupreme with the @builtondreamzco team consisting of husband & wife @aztec_speech and @hiiiangel_3 . We talked about their future plans to scale the business, what the Chicano, #lowrider and indigenous culture means to them, and plans for creating future pieces. My first @redbulldance regional event in ATL. Good to see all the homies 🤙🏽, get down in the cyphers 🕺🏾🪩 and watch the performances and battles in all the various dance categories. As someone who grew up breaking — specifically, It was a great opportunity to expand the aperture of knowledge from an all-styles perspective and feel the energy in the room. | Proof you can be a creative professional and still have soul. I first met Josh Cannon in line at the barbershop. We share the same barber, I was fascinated by the sterling silver jewelry he was wearing. The very next day I bumped into him at Goodwill thrifting for silver. I don’t really believe in coincidence — so I’m grateful to the universe for connecting me with another talented creator with an awesome story to tell. A former advertising professional, Josh decided to follow a childhood dream of metalworking, inspired by his father who first taught him the craft as an oral surgeon.From casting, to melting and repurposing, he up-cycles ♻️ old spoons 🥄 into jewelry.

Josh is a talented metalworker extraordinaire who is inspired by creators like #chromehearts and brings a unique perspective to the craft of #metalworking

If you know me as a social creator or strategist for big brands you know I’m passionate about #accessibility and leveling the playing field. I see a ton of great creators skip the step of adding #subtitles so here’s a quick tip on why it matters. It’s not just aesthetic —it’s about making sure your content can be seen by all and making sure you’re not #ableist by definition. 🙏🏽 Accessibility matters just as much as representation.

I recently pulled up with Atlanta’s own @breaksons ,a multi-hyphenate Breaking collective formed from several legendary crews in the ATL scene. In this interview we talked about how BreakSons was founded and what each member of the crew specializes in outside of breaking.
