Here’s a push workout I hit the other day that’s been great for building strength, size, and overall athleticism. 💥

A lot of people think bulking means only lifting heavy and moving slow, but I still like keeping explosive and controlled movements in my training to stay functional and athletic while putting on size.

Definitely give some of these movements a try and switch things up a bit. Your joints, strength, and performance will thank you 🤝🔥
