Elbow hang bell beats- wide hang on the elbow shrug pop to hands at the top of the beat/lightweight moment.

Hanging bell beats-engage core & lats to get height, let the momentum build don’t force it let the best carry you.

Twist through- on the return of your best twist through/ don’t slam your foot on the bar! 🚑

Drop to monkey roll- your leg won’t be centred in your drop unless your torso can twist 180🤣 you will drop slightly to the side and move through to centre as you roll.
Your placement will be slightly off so don’t slam your elbow on the bar as you drop!!!

Remember to lift up on your shoulders to gain height and time to catch before you drop.
