The short film Waagh is a psychological thriller that follows an eight-year-old boy Apu as he navigates the intersection of fear, childhood imagination, and the natural world. Blending environmental themes with an intimate emotional core, the film looks at what lies between nature, memory, and the monsters we create.

Waagh had its world premiere at the prestigious FrightFest in London in August 2025. It went on to screen at the 36th Cinemagic Film Festival in Belfast, one of the leading international festivals for children and youth cinema in the UK, and is now selected in the NOVA Competition at the Beijing International Short Film Festival, which celebrates bold and emerging voices in global cinema.
