1️⃣ Well Then, We Got Business (Hazy TIPA | 10% ABV)

Hop Profile: Galaxy, Freestyle Nectaron, Freestyle Eggers, Citra Lupomax, Nelson/Citra Abstrax.

Easily one of the best Galaxy-forward hazies I’ve had in a long time. Explosive aromas of passionfruit and ripe mango right out of the gate, followed by layers of fresh-cut grass, white grape, and subtle dankness through the mid-palate.

What really stands out is how clean and soft it drinks for such a heavily Galaxy-driven beer — almost no hop bite whatsoever. It develops a touch of astringency as it warms, but overall this thing absolutely rips.

Rating: 4.75/5 🏆

2️⃣ I Have a Bad Feeling About This (Hazy DDH DIPA | 8.4% ABV)

Hop Profile: Cryo Motueka, Nectaron, Freestyle Nelson Bliss Hop Kief.

Absolutely love the Star Wars theme on this one. The mouthfeel is insanely pillowy and saturated — like fresh peach juice layered with lime zest and a subtle almond-like complexity.

Beautifully balanced with just enough bitterness on the finish to keep everything crisp and refreshing. Dangerously drinkable for the ABV.

Rating: 4.8/5 🔥

Sorry those who didn’t get a set. This batch had to be broken up a little bit for the collab, and to be sent to Copenhagen.

But next batch will be waaaay bigger, with triple the winners. I will announce that lottery at the end of next week.

In case you’ve been living under a rock, Off Script has started commercial releases. Exciting for those folks who haven’t been lucky enough to land one of Ryan’s lotteries or simply missed out here and there. When we were at NJ Beer Co for their brew day, Ryan explained how this came about. Honestly, it’s great to see more people enjoying Off Script as things look to ramp up. The first one is special with a great choice of a movie, Wayne’s World. For this drop, I guess you can say he freestyled a bit. Flavor jam packed withdroves of Freestyle Riwaka, Freestyle Nelson Bliss, Southern Cross Sub Zero Hop Kiefs. This Double Dry Hopped Double IPA was a saturated wave of tropical fruit, overripe peach, mango chunks, white wine and sticky citrus oils that completely cling to the palate. Creamy texture, smoothness, with a nice green hop expression that lingers on the end. It’s well structured and one that sip for sip allows you to say “we’re not worthy” because of its commercial release. Rest assured I’m in there like swimwear entering all of the lottery drops! Can’t win ‘em all!
