바우하우스가 있는 데사우에서 촬영한 도큐먼트의 시티룩북이 홈페이지에 공개되었습니다. 유튜브 채널로 4K 화질로 오리지널 음악과 함께 감상 하실 수 있습니다.
도큐먼트가 매 시즌 반복해 온 시티 룩북을 이번에는 건축 100주년을 기념하는 바우하우스의 도시, 데사우에서 촬영했습니다. 바우하우스 본관, 프렐러하우스의 실제 방과 발코니, 발터 그로피우스가 설계한 Employment Office, 카를 피거(Carl Fieger)의 Kornhaus 등을 찾아다니며 도큐먼트의 스물두 번째 ‘Repetition & Difference’ 컬렉션을 공간과 함께 기록했습니다.
바우하우스는 필수 설비와 요소를 조형으로 읽히도록 디자인하고, 외피(건축)–내부(색채)–오브젝트(가구·조명·설비)를 하나의 설계 문법으로 통합하며 실험했습니다. 이 총체 설계는 도시 규모로 확장되었고, 데사우는 ‘바우하우스 시티’로 불립니다. 이번 필름은 바우하우스와 데사우의 다양한 건축과 공간을 실제로 경험합니다.

Dessau: Bauhaus City / Bauhausstadt — 1925~1932년 데사우를 실험 무대로 삼아 ‘내일의 도시’를 구현했습니다. 오늘날 바우하우스 본관, 마이스터 하우스, 발코니형 주택(Laubenganghäuser)은 유네스코 세계유산입니다.
