Arkitekternes Aarhus Podcast – Knud Blach Petersen

Fra i dag kan du lytte med, når Arkitekternes Aarhus dykker ned i fortællingen om Knud Blach Petersen – en af de mest markante arkitekter i efterkrigstidens Aarhus.

Fra 1950’erne og frem satte han et tydeligt præg på byen med projekter som Hans Broges Parken, Rundhøjskolen, Busgadehuset og Gellerupparken. Med troen på arkitekturens samfundsformende rolle arbejdede han med nye boformer, industrialiseret byggeri og visionen om at skabe moderne rammer for hverdagslivet.

Noted climate scholar and author, who in his book How to Blow Up a Pipeline argues for a strategic escalation of tactics within the climate movement in response to ecological breakdown.

LAURA MARTÍNEZ DE GUEREÑU (@guerenuu) (ES)
Associate professor at IE University, whose research re-evaluates architectural authorship, especially the often-overlooked role of Lilly Reich in her partnership with Ludwig Mies van der Rohe.

OPEN26: EARLY BIRD TICKETS ARE NOW AVAILABLE

Join us when Aarhus School of Architecture opens its doors for the international architecture festival OPEN26.

Early bird tickets have just been released - get yours before 1 June → aarch.dk/open26 (link in bio).

This year’s festival “Mies Didn’t Come Home That Night” examines the legacy of modernism, and its lasting impact on both architecture and society. OPEN further explores how utopian thinking can serve as a tool for shaping future architecture.

Look forward to a curated programme of conversations and exhibitions with 50+ contributors from around the globe, sharing perspectives across disciplines, generations and geographies.

OPEN26 is curated by Karen Kjærgaard (@karenkjaergaard) in collaboration with Aysha Amin (@96film), Ida Bjerga (@idabjerga), and Aria Gilani (@aria.png.zip).

Arkitekternes Aarhus Podcast – Sven Hansen

Fra i dag kan du lytte med, når Arkitekternes Aarhus dykker ned i fortællingen om Sven Hansen – en af Danmarks førende landskabsarkitekter og en central skikkelse i udviklingen af Aarhus’ grønne rum.

Fra 1940’erne og frem satte han et markant præg på byen med projekter som Skjoldhøjkollegiet, DR Aarhus og den oprindelige Musikhuspark. Her arbejder terræn, belægning og beplantning sammen som arkitektoniske helheder, hvor landskabet ikke er pynt, men struktur.

I dette afsnit ser vi nærmere på Sven Hansens tilgang og hans betydning for Aarhus, i samtale med Ellen Braae, professor i landskabsarkitektur ved Københavns Universitet.

Le visionneur d’histoires Instagram est un outil simple qui vous permet de regarder et de sauvegarder secrètement les histoires Instagram, vidéos, photos ou IGTV.
