A Cosmo, but make it Currant.

Currant Cosmo
• 1.5 oz. Vodka Currant
• 1 oz. C. Cassis Aperitif
• 0.5 oz. lime juice
• 0.5 oz. simple syrup
• 0.25 No Where Triple Sec

Add Vodka Currant, Cassis Aperitif, lime juice, simple syrup, and triple sec to shaker with ice, shake until well-chilled.
Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lime slice.

Amiel @b_goutish made us an excellent spatchcocked smoked chicken on the grill for dinner 2 days ago and is constantly evolving my knowledge, technique, and ability to be a joyful pragmatist. He is a journalist and worker-owner @gourmet.lives an independent subscription-based media endeavor that is honoring the fact that we all have beautiful creative brains and can handle long-form essay, complex recipes, and food that isn’t made to be consumed only by eyeballs on Instagram.Thank god.
