I’ve wanted to shout about this for ages but with great power comes great overwhelm. So very grateful to be a part of this special project/experiment/let’s see what happens. We got to travel to Austin a few weeks ago to meet the other ‘Cats’ and hang out and I can already say I’ve met some pals for life.

The biggest thank you goes to the Leaders in the RWP gang that have been the absolute backbone of making this all possible. Been a mad few months but here for the journey ♥️

I forgot to mention that with the 3 grants a month, we also get to host a meet up, event, dinner, room of trying to make some cool shit happen.

Launched this #dropdeadgenerous thing on #worldkindnessday with a stunt in london, giving cash to people helping out a lost little irish fella. didn’t tell people to use the money to do kind stuff. but they did. people are great.

For my 42nd birthday, I’m asking one thing…

Take 42 seconds out of your day to do something kind for another human being.

@dropdeadgenerous gave us $500 to take our bros out, because your bros need love too. 💛 the dates were an opportunity for us to really check in on our mates.

It’s part of a social experiment asking one simple question: what if we gave more than we took?

Because if more than half of us did this, maybe humanity would be okay. That’s the thinking behind Drop Dead Generous. And honestly… our bros (@theauthenticman_ @danshrigley @smitio111 @beingpasco @lukeflegg ) felt the love.

I was challenged by @dropdeadgenerous with 2 hours & £100 cash to go out and do some random acts of kindness, had a lot of fun with this one!

It’s random acts of kindness day, my good pals at @dropdeadgenerous gave me £100 to do something as kind as possible and after meeting this powerlifting group for seniors I just knew what I had to do!

For Random Act of Kindness Day, @dropdeadgenerous gave me £100 to give out in London.

First stop - Casino. Doubled that shit up. Come on

Next, find someone who deserved the £200. I started asking people for money or food, posing as someone in need. After a couple of rejections, I approached this homeless lady who gave me her last £1. The perfect recipient, I’d say.

I used to be cringed out by acts of Kindness on social media, thinking it was just selfish, virtue signalling and should be done solely in private. I was just resentful and naive.

Even the smallest acts can have a ripple effect. Acts of kindness weave patterns of love that hold communities together. It can shift the trajectory of someone’s day from despair to hope. It also feels fucking good to be kind. I’m not always kind, we all fall short of the Glory of The Lord. But I know I’m a better version of myself when I am kind.

£100... 2 hours... Spend it all on really random acts of kindness 👀💛

The only rule? 𝑫𝒐𝒏'𝒕 𝒋𝒖𝒔𝒕 𝒈𝒊𝒗𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒎𝒐𝒏𝒆𝒚 𝒂𝒘𝒂𝒚.

In the name of supporting the arts, I tracked down an art shop and paid for unsuspecting people's art supplies. The reactions were incredible (plus a fair amount of confusion!) - it was pure JOY!
