Momentum on site has been strong over the past few months, with all three blocks hitting major milestones as Barwon Business Park takes shape!
At Block 1, services rough in, plaster framing, roofing and façade works are progressing, shaping the building inside and out. At Block 2, roof trusses, fascia and gutter installation continue, alongside steel fire rating works. At Block 3, cladding, balustrades, steel fire spray and plastering works are well underway.
Externally, service in-ground conduit, drainage and pavement preparation works are advancing across the wider precinct.
Recently, we celebrated a major milestone with the Topping Out Ceremony, bringing together future office owners, project partners and the Mayor to mark this significant achievement. A fantastic moment on site – and the perfect milestone to tick off before the holiday break.

Reaching New Heights at Barwon Business Park.
The recent Topping Out Ceremony brought together future office owners, project partners and the Mayor to acknowledge an important milestone for the development.
Standing on the top level, guests were given a first glimpse of the precinct’s growing presence before returning downstairs to continue the celebrations over a shared BBQ.
It was a moment that honoured the vision behind the project, recognising its evolution to date and the momentum carrying it into its next chapter.

Site preparation, bulk earthworks, and inground services set the foundations early, followed by ground slabs for all three blocks and the installation of precast panels.
Now, Block 1 has its precast complete and is ready for structural steel. Block 2 is finishing its final concrete pour, while Block 3 is progressing with light gauge steel and structural floor installations, along with hydraulic services rough-in.
