The OFH was always a place where young people could feel safe, know they belong and discover ways to create really cool things in a supportive environment. They are closing down NE 79th street in front of the OFH from 2-6 pm for a final show before the building gets demolished and a new teen center gets built. With Suzzallo, Fight Milk, Tomo Nakayama, Mae Amber and the return of Matt Matsuoka (10:07, Red Rocket,The Hit) to the stage after more than 20 years! I started playing with Matt, Griff and Jason in a newly reformed version of The Hit a few months ago on second guitar and it’s been so fun to play these classic songs with these guys.
