yesterday I lived my literal dream and recorded at new monkey studio (the studio elliott smith built in LA before he passed). to think that throwing ass online to melancholic music and making cursed renditions to elliott smith got me here is pretty crazy tbh. 6 months ago is when I posted my first silly niche video that resonated with so many ppl somehow. 6 months before that i was still in art college in a program I no longer wanted to be in just trying to graduate, pretty depressed and dealing with intense autistic burnout to where i wondered when the time would come that I actually got to focus on my music fully and integrate myself into the Toronto music scene.
