I nearly started crying editing this🥹 today, I got invited to Cedar Valley High School by some athletes who follow me on social media. They wanted me to pray with them as they were attempting to break the school record. And guess what….THEY DID! With all the blessings that come from being a pro, this is my fav one. Getting to be a light and pray with the youth and watch their Faith in God cause big things to happen. 🥹 I love you guys, every single one of you and I was left completely inspired. Prayer is real and God is good!!! ❤️ thanks @runeliteprogram @phosperformance@hammondfootandankle and @athlecaresportsrecovery and to @saucony for having faith in me allowing me to follow my dreams!! Thanks to @k_salle16 for capturing this moment for me🥹 #RunWithGod #SpiritualLegs

Today was my first workout back after injury. Words can’t describe how happy I am to be back in business and ready to go. And of course we had the Michigan workout today for my first workout back.💀The doctor evaluated me after the workout and gave me the green light to resume the season. Time to get fit and you’ll see me back racing and doing what brings me so much joy in just a few weeks❤️ Through injury, I’ve learned a powerful principle : the best way to heal is to really talk to your body (especially the injured part) and not fight against it; be a team with it and speak good things to it because your body hears what you say to it. think positive thoughts about it, respect the healing journey and really believe that it can heal.I’m grateful to a loving Heavenly Father who really knows the Ins and Outs of our bodies, and speaking of healing, I’m grateful for @phosperformance for being such a main resource. They have believed in me as a person and have given me resources I needed during the recovery process through their products. Their supplements give my body the avenues and resources to recover that I wouldn’t have otherwise. They have been such a game changer. I also have the best PT @scottrileymc at @intermountain and @runeliteprogram . It feels like it’s been forever since I’ve raced and I’m really excited to push myself and breaksome limits and do some incredible things with God by my side. If you want to try Phos out for yourself, use my discount codeJQ15 ❤️ #sponsored

BOSTON MARATHON 2026.14th Female, 7th American Female. 2:24:48. “Fierce, Flow, Fearless, and Faith”—Coach Eyestone’s plan of attack.

I had a good feeling about this one. The feeling was just good, and there were a lot of good indicators and signs giving me reasons to believe that I could believe the good feeling.

I didn’t want to take the pace out too fast, as I know that the marathon is a distance to be present with throughout the entire process.

And….well, there I was, in the moment, finding myself leading the pack for a lot of the first half, ha!
I’d find my thoughts telling me “Kodi, what are you doing?” It helped me stay calm, and stay in that moment of feeling strong and capable.

I’m not sure if it was the smartest way to run it, but I will say that I felt so much positive energy, being in the midst of fast, strong, driven women. And, the result of this race was so rewarding, with a PB in the marathon (2:24:48) and the half marathon distance, too (1:11:02).

I can’t express enough gratitude for all the people who believe and love me@runeliteprogram @runnerscornerutah @athlecaresportsrecovery@zachhunter.creative @enduura.nutrition @t3endurancesports @the_runstrong_coach and, of course, to all my friends and family 💜

📈 A personal best for @suuntous athlete Clayton Young, and with only 9 weeks of training 💥🍿

Young posted a 2:05:41 to earn Third American honors at the 2026 Boston Marathon. A big-time personal best by Young, he will end the day somewhat disappointed after finishing outside the top 10.

But... He can now call himself a 2:05 guy.

This man deserves some love for finishing his 11th Boston Marathon. If you don’t know who Todd Garner (@toddandilene) is, you totally should. He is the support behind a lot of these athletes each marathon build. From bottle guy to encouragement guy and everything in between. Todd finished the 2026 Boston Marathon in a time of 3:14:35. He deserves a spot on the grid. Great job Todd!!
