Twelve years ago on 11.14.08, I founded my business and called it Finding Bliss! Turns out it was all orchestrated and guided by an immeasurable force that is truly divine.

As I reflect on this journey, I am deeply grateful for every client who has been on my path. You’re my teachers, Finding Bliss is alive and thriving because of your trust.

Grateful for the countless love stories out there, rippling the love and magic of their commitment and Heartwork. I bow to you and your absolute dedication to loving yourself and your loved ones.

Deeply in awe and amazed by the Love Research, which truly validates that if we are willing to heal our inner world: Body, Mind and Soul (deep AF healing🥳), that Love is truly inevitable.

So thankful for the dynamic and amazing people that I’ve got to connect with over the twelve years, gosh I know some of the best of the best souls, I love you so much.

As many of you know the mantra for Finding Bliss is Love Ripples, and I have so much divine conviction that this is the ultimate truth. Love is one powerful force.

As I sit today to reflect, to meditate, to envision what the next twelve years will look like, I am on my knees in tears of joy, gratitude and bliss for what we will create together.

Thank you for all the trust, the raving fans of FB: you embody Love Ripples, my guides, my besties, my soul family, my family and all the love that truly ripples as a result of loving ourselves.

Together we are creating more love in this world. It’s not a coincidence that today is Diwali, on this holy day we light our homes and hearts and feel thankful for the wealth of love and prosperity we are surrounded by!

And this New Moon 🌙, oye, and hi! Here for it all, with a wide open heart!

Four years ago, I met my hypnotherapist and now dear friend, @lorie.solay! I had been searching for 3 months for a hypnotherapist to help me with my hardwired limiting beliefs about money, expansion, self worth and being able to lead with my gifts in the world! Finally after months of meeting with many hypnotherapy coaches I remember surrendering, letting go because no one was resonating. That week that I let go, I was invited to a “random” meeting at 7am and I was resistant to going, however I decided to go. I walked into the meeting as the sun was rising and it was a beautiful morning. I remember walking into the meeting and I saw a card showcasing the presenter: Lorie Solay, NLP coach, Hypnotherapist and so much more! I thought to myself, this can’t be a mistake. I stayed calm and waited for her to present. Her presentation was exceptional and put me in tears in a room full of 70+ people. At the end of the meeting I walked right up to Lorie, interrupted her conversation and said: I must schedule a session with you, right now! She chuckled and said “sure, just give me one moment”. And I insisted, right now, please 🥰! I hired her right away, my heart just knew. I became her fan and have never looked back. This woman supported me in changing my life and beliefs in such a beautiful and sustainable way! Soon after I started working with @tonyrobbins and his coaching program, went to Business Mastery and my business and I have thrived since. I have been able to lead with my gifts and be of service with a very open heart! I cherish all our relationships, Lorie. I first declared the Surrender Experiment on 1.29.18. I decided to recommit to the Surrender Experiment today #michaelsinger ! I thought I had surrendered however climbing this beauty to the top of its heart has created a belief so unshakeable in me that I’m ready to surrender even more to the unknown, taking guided action everyday to manifest the destiny I am here to this lifetime! I feel blessed to my core and the journey is only just beginning. I feel loved like I’ve never felt before! I am just in awe of Divine Intelligence and the power of the heart and what we are capable of! My teachers, my clients, my soul family, the love research has always been such a powerful demonstration of the gift of loving yourself and healing. Ripples. Yes, exactly. About four years ago when doing research for Finding Bliss, I came up with the Mantra: Love Ripples! I interviewed my clients and asked them questions about the impact of the work they were doing on themselves! The research showed that when we loved ourselves, our relationship with literally everything (our parter, our family, our friends, our kids, our health, our purpose and beyond) is improved! The research also showed that when we, the co-creator shifts our internal world....our external world will reflect what we embody and believe! Love yourself, because love does ripple and it will influence everything in your world! Everything we want to manifest is inevitable if we’re willing to do our inner work! Our stories don’t have to define us. We can cultivate lovability and worthiness.#loveripples #findingbliss

Just finishing the 21-day mediation with @deepakchopra & @oprah, Manifesting Grace through Gratitude! Some notes from one of my favorite days.....tuning into what’s already around us with heartfelt gratitude. 🌹 “Loving fearlessly. Divine love doesn’t have to be deserved. God doesn’t withdraw love. This is the central part of grace. Grave exists in the infinite part of consciousness. Love is already part of our awareness. When we choose to give a lot of love, we become more of who we are. Love gladdens the heart, awakens grace.When we choose to give a lot of love, something magical happens! Love is active when expressed, but it’s power could be silent too.
Gratitude we feel for the people we love is the recognition of the unity we share with them. Love means overcoming the feeling of separation.

I’ve been training to climb Mount Shasta, end of May 🏔🤙🏼! So I’ve been hiking some of the most extraordinary hikes that are a bit challenging and absolutely breathtaking! Nature feels like love, connection, family and joy! All that is bottled just feels like it melts away! My spirit feels expansive, and big!
