My family lost the most important person I’ve ever known. My mom, Carmen. For the last 4 months mom was sick. My mom was diagnosed with cancer in October she fought so hard. Saturday March 1st, through all the struggles she succumbed to complications from her illness.
She was surrounded by everyone that loved her.

My mom, is the light of my life and any time I felt I wasn’t enough or even when I felt my best she was there. My mom… meant so much and loved so hard. Shes the reason I keep trying to be better. She would always revel in my success and hold my hand when I thought failed and she’d push me to keep trying.

My mom loved being a teacher for most of her life at UCR at the child development center. Where I’d visit her. She never gave up or thought less of anyone that had their own struggles. Especially in the little ones she cared for. My mom never wanted any one to feel that they didn’t have anyone to count on cause she would always be the person you can come to.

My mom took interest in my hobbies and saw joy with my friendships i made through my life and a couple came to see her away. My mom and i would share music and movies together. She’s one of the reason I love movies so much.

My mom loved and lived a full life with my dad for 48 years of marriage. My mom studied hard worked hard and did everything she could with my dad to make sure my brother and I had a good life and we do.

I would ask her if she needed anything over the last few months and she would always say that she has everything that she needs. That she loved me and that she was proud of me. For a long time I didn’t think i deserved that. But no matter what she would always tell me she was proud of me.

She wouldn’t want us to live life in this darkness. right now. It’s all I can think about at the moment She’s gone and I can’t deal with this. She never stopped caring or believing in me.

My life is less now that you’re gone. I’m going to find my path to feel full again, mama.

Flashback to behind the scenes for shooting the music video of Cybernetic Organism by Darkwolf.Portraying one of the most iconic characters in cinema, The Terminator!

The days finally here! Darkwolf’s Cybernetic Organism is finally out! This whole project is our love letter to the stories we love. To everyone involved no matter how big or small I’m eternally grateful. Most of all thank you @cameronhinojos for being my director.

Some of you who know me understand how important metal and movies are. My band and I agreed we didn’t just want to pantomime and lip sync in a random warehouse for a music video .
We wanted to elevate it in our own way.

Filmed on an @arri Alexa Mini with @angenieuxlenses Optimo lenses.

Thank you to the folks at @milkdgtl !
Thank you to Broc and Gabby at the @riversidegamelab for being so gracious!

Find the link in my bio!
