Two brothers who are taking part in a marathon challenge across Ireland have already hit their fundraising goal of £1 million pounds.

Jordan Adams featured in the London marathon, running 26.2 miles with a fridge on his back, to raise money for Alzheimer's Research UK. Jordan and his brother Cian lost their mother to frontotemporal dementia in 2016, and both carry the same gene - meaning they could develop the condition in their 40s.

Two year old Leni has a rare genetic condition called Sanfilippo Syndrome Type B - also known as childhood dementia. Leni's family are in a race against time to save her life, fundraising for a potentially life saving clinical trial.
