I encourage you to ask as many questions as possible… questions on building programs/cultures etc.. Listen and take advice from some of the greats..

What people don't see are the years I have spent studying, rebounding, and doing what people don't want to do.

People are now starting to see the fruits of labor that have been slowing growing for years. It is not by mistake I am here and the opportunites I have in front of me.
