Part 2 of curating this space and it's starting to speak for itself. I originally⁠ wanted a bold pop of color for the accent chair. But the moment the Mia Lounge Chair from @roveconcepts arrived I realized the shape was already doing all the talking. Sculptural curves, fully upholstered, it just fit. Added a throw blanket for texture and that corner was done. Paired it with the Maria Side Table.. concrete, soft curves, and minimal. This is a setup that's functional without trying too hard. Every piece in this room has a reason for being here. These two are why it feels like home.⁠

Hiking the Great Wall of China 🇨🇳

The Augustus TV Stand from @roveconcepts was one of the easiest calls I made. A walnut finish, dark metal base, and clean lines, It anchors the whole room and still lets everything else breathe. Naturium snapped with this one. good event, good people, and a closer look at the Multi-Peptide range. Had a great time at the @naturium event and got to learn more about the newest addition to the line: Multi-Peptide Advanced Body Wash. Definitely one of my favorite moments from the day. The photo booth, the testing stations, the whole setup... such a good vibe.

For the last month and a half, I’ve been training for HYROX coming to New York this summer. I kept going back and forth on whether I should document the process, but I kept landing on the same answer: duh. It’s way better to show the day-to-day work being put in than to wait and only show the results on race day.

Like I said in the video, this has gotta be some of the most challenging work I’ve done in my adult life. And honestly, that’s the part that excites me most. Every day I’m getting better, getting faster, getting stronger, and mentally breaking through barriers I didn’t even know were there. That’s really what this is all about for me.

I know people joke and call this the midlife crisis Olympics, but trust me, I Maintain Sexiness. This is not a midlife crisis lmao.

Anyway, enjoy these periodic videos of the work I’m putting in. And challenge yourself too, whether it’s fitness or anything else. Do something hard.
