This week we’re featuring a very special coffee for Single Origin Friday. This coffee is named after Huver Castillo, a third generation coffee producer in Nariño, Colombia on a farm that’s been in the family for more than 20 years 🇨🇴

The farm is along the Suma Paz trail, with elevations ranging from 1,750 to 1,950-meters. High elevation and shade trees create an ideal environment for slow coffee cherry growth and high cup quality.

Process: Anaerobic washed
Tasting notes: Pixie Stix, Lemongrass, Coconut, and Coffee Blossom 🍬🍋🥥🌸

We replaced all of the electronics, re-did the full wiring harness, descaled the boilers, put in Piero caps, replaced tubes and gave it a buff and powder coat paint job.
