Meet Group Creative Director of Motion Design, Lauren Mayer-Beug. Lauren is known for leading design-driven work at the intersection of motion design, VFX, and emerging creative technology. With more than two decades in the industry, she has guided projects spanning global brand campaigns, broadcast, and experimental film.
 
Her approach combines big-picture creative direction with a strong focus on craft, translating complex ideas into clear visual narratives while building collaborative, trust-driven relationships with clients and creative teams. She works across the full creative process, from early concept through design, animation, and final execution, bringing together multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive, visually ambitious work.
 
Over the course of her career, Lauren has collaborated with leading brands including Beats by Dre, Apple, Google, Meta, Microsoft, Canon, the NFL, Showtime, Red Bull, and T-Mobile. Her work spans campaigns, motion design, VFX, visualization, creative technology, and large-scale digital and out-of-home experiences.
 
Recognized by D&AD as a Top 10 Creative Director, Lauren continues to push design-led storytelling across platforms while helping teams and clients bring bold ideas to life.
