One of the most incredible days in my life.

Being the third fastest woman in the 25-year history of Zegama is something that makes me incredibly proud. But beyond that, crossing the finish line with the biggest smile, sharing and enjoying every mile with my people, feeling healthy, confident, and loved… that was the biggest win of all.

“You deserve this.” Those were the words I heard the most out on the course, and I still get goosebumps thinking about how loved and supported I felt with every step toward the most incredible finish line I could ever imagine.

It still feels unreal. This sport is just unbelievably amazing ❤️

Malen started the day in 9th position and fought her way all the way up to an incredible 2nd place at the finish line. A comeback full of confidence, strength and smart racing. 🥈

She felt great throughout the race, despite a small scare at Aratz where she thought cramps might be coming. But she managed it perfectly and kept pushing until the end. 💪

Stopping the clock at 4:23:57, Malen Osa delivered one of the performances of the day at Zegama-Aizkorri 2026. And at the finish line… her face said it all: pure happiness. 🥹⛰️
