Our new film THE JOURNEY is finally out 🎉
THE JOURNEY explores the intricate nature of father-daughter-relationships. Oscillating between distance and attachment, between the lightness of the fleeting moment and the dark joy of melancholy, a woman finds her very own way.

some projects ask you to forget everything you know. and this one asked me to trust what I couldn’t see yet.
TANGLED is the new EP by @touring.wav . designing its visual world became an invitation I didn’t plan for… to step outside the tools I trust, the visual instincts I’ve spent years building, and follow something I couldn’t fully name yet.
with TANGLED, we used kinect sensor technology to render the hidden architecture of connection between people in real time. the gestures, the nervous adjustments, the way we subtly reshape ourselves in the presence of another person. the technology is a mirror. what it reflects is intimacy.
that idea moved me. and once it did, control wasn’t really the goal anymore. curiosity was.
what I’m most grateful for: the people. @moritzdehlerx , who trusted this before it had a shape. and Dominik from @lichtgestalten_stgt , who pulled me into a world I didn’t know and stayed there with me while we figured it out. (slide 13 is the first thing we made when we were just playing around)
it never really felt like a production. more like a group of people getting lost in something and being okay with that. the full music video is on YouTube.

Grateful to be joining @unesco x @vivo_global “Capture the Future” initiative as a speaker and mentor… a global youth storytelling program connecting young people with UNESCO Biosphere Reserves through photography, short film and digital content.
I’ll be at the University of Milan on April 30th, spending the day with students turning observation into real storytelling and action. Honestly, I expect to learn as much as I give:)
If you’re a young person anywhere in the world, this is also an open call for you. Submit your visual story about humans and nature coexisting. Winners get an invitation to an intensive visual storytelling training camp with me as a mentor on sight. Very exited about it!

my new short LUZI is coming soon 🫶🏽
this project has been a small, beautiful rollercoaster. making an indie short film means living with constant ups and downs. one moment i love the film and feel proud of what we created, the next i question every single decision i made. i’m slowly learning that this is simply part of the process and trying to accept it.
synopsis:
a backpacker meets her younger self on a train through the mountains of slovenia. their quiet encounter becomes a heartfelt conversation about growing up, the strength of childhood, and what we leave behind for those we never meet.
looking back now, i mostly feel gratitude. this film would not exist without the trust, talent and generosity of so many people. from the very beginning this project felt special and somehow everyone involved carried that same spirit into it. even when things were chaotic or difficult, there was so much heart in every moment.
being surrounded by such warm and talented humans reminded me why i love filmmaking so much. a group of strangers slowly becoming something that feels like a small family, all working towards the same fragile little story.
thank you to everyone who believed in this film and gave their time, energy and soul to it. i saw it and i felt it.
we’re now starting to submit Luzi to festivals, and there might be a small family & friends screening soon. if you’d like to come, send me a message and i’ll let you know once we set a date.
love

Shot on location in Slovenia.

This isn’t a brand launch or a big statement. It’s more a confession.
Lately, everything has felt insanely fast to me.
I’m always multitasking, always reachable, always a bit ahead of myself, answering emails while walking, planning the future instead of being where I am. Everything feels urgent. ASAP. Efficient. Or else you might miss out.
But I started to realize that I was missing out on something else entirely.
now.calma came from going back to my roots.
It came from navigating the empty. From sitting in that uncomfortable space in between. Between what was and what’s next. And learning to stay there instead of filling it with noise.
I started asking myself simple but scary questions:
What actually excites me?
What makes my heart beat faster?
Where do I see myself, if I’m honest?
This project is the answer I found for now.
now.calma brings together my love for travel, my passion for film, and something I’ve learned over the last years through meditation and therapy: the practice of being slow. Of observing instead of pushing. Of accepting moments of change without immediately trying to escape them.
I have no clue where this will go.
I honestly don’t know where this is leading me.
I just know that it excites me.
My heart beats faster when I think about the projects, the collaborations, the places it might take me, and the people I’ll meet along the way.
And I feel incredibly lucky to have learned earlier in life that this feeling matters. That it’s worth following, no matter how unrealistic or random it might seem.
Especially now, in times of AI, efficiency, algorithms.
In times of quantity over quality.
Of being loud instead of intimate.
Fast instead of present.
So now.calma is me trusting that excitement again.
Building something slow in a fast-paced world.
Daring to stay in the emptiness long enough to hear where I want to go.
Shooting analog. Imperfect. Present.
Trying to feel more, not do more.
I’m really grateful for this moment and genuinely excited to see where it will take me. If this resonates, you’re welcome to share and follow along 🙏🏼

So many talented people made this happen. Tried to catch as many faces as possible in between takes.
Sorry for the unannounced flash on the train 😂

I directed the new safety video for @flyswiss ✈️
This project reminded me once again how essential it is in filmmaking to find your people. The ones you love not only for their talent, but for who they are as human beings. I call them heartful professionals.
For this film, I was lucky to bring my core crew:
@josuastaebler from Munich, one of my favorite DOPs,
@davidpodgornik from Slovenia, the youngest but most experienced AD with heart I know, @zelda_rosana from Berlin, my set designer and the person who shares my exact taste when it comes to design and detail and an absolute power woman, @karolinasview , my casting director, who pulled off a Europe-wide search and found the most amazing couple from London and Rome,
and of course @nik.kohler_ , my editor, someone I don’t even have to brief anymore because we’re so aligned in how we want to tell stories. He always finds the emotion in the footage and turns it into something that truly moves.
We’ve built something that goes beyond work. It’s a sense of family. On the toughest shoot days, they had my back (quite literally this time).
And in the end, that’s what filmmaking is really about for me… not just beautiful frames, but beautiful people behind them.
Swipe to see snippets from the film and a few moments from behind the scenes ❤️
