[VIDEO DESCRIPTION: Footage shows the supermodel Naomi Campbell, a Black woman, standing in a dance studio with her left hand on her hip, wearing a fitted black dress and a sculptural black hat. Slowly, dancers from the dance company Rambert, who were standing out of sight in single file behind Naomi, come into view as they start to move behind her. The clip then shows the dancers, dressed in either black or white leotards and tights, stretching and dancing, then practising at the barre. As the camera pans along the barre, Naomi comes into view alongside them. In Crimson sees seven people lost in passion, moving between what’s seen and hidden - from the stage to behind the curtain.
A new collaboration from director-choreographers @bobbijenesmith and @or_schraiber, coming to the UK for the first time, it completes the line-up alongside @la.horde and @emmaevelein.
