Good morning my love. How would you like to feel today?
This meditation is for gentle connected awakening, greeting the body non-critically, and inviting in gratitude for the body.
To close, it offers a moment for heart-led intention setting.
I find that when I set myself an intention for the day, I feel more centred. It also encourages me to notice all the little joys that life brings my way.

Ambient mixes join the slow trickle of YouTube content.
I started creating the ambient mixes for little pockets of peace. The transition between sleep and wakefulness. The quick stretch or yoga routine before bed, the walk around the park or block. Or simply for a burst of sonic grounding.

In the last few years, I’ve taken both big leaps and little steps towards building a life that loves me. Enabling me to show up in the ways I’m truly capable of. Our lives belong to us, but its so easy to give our power away to systems that are designed to extract with us.
This workshop is a step towards agency, imagining who we could be if we were even a little clearer in our capabilites.
Its necessary, but tender work, so I think it’s better we do it together.
I’ll bring in some breathwork and body-based practices to soften the process, and we’ll be supported by creative writing (or doodling/drawing), encouraging a playful, dreamy approach to changing our minds.

I've been wanting to make this meditation a bit more accessible for months! I uploaded it on to Insight Timer last year, and it seems to be resonating with folks on there. Now more of us can breathe together!
Breathwork has been my most supportive tool for navigating life right now, not just for "being calm" but for FEELING in every sense of the word. I've cried during meditation, punched the heck out of a bean bag, and laughed hysterically. It permits me to feel safe enough to be true to myself.
So here's a little nugget for you 🌬️

This week, I wanted to set aside some intentional writing time, structuring the week like a mini writers residency. Reflecting on what I need right now, not only as a creative but just me, the human, there's a desire to break things up, a leaning towards sponteneity, randomness. So I thought I'd write myself a bunch of prompts completely unrelated to the things I'm planning to write about this week in order to keep things fresh and playful.
But with everything I do for myself, I remember I'm not a single cell. The energy I need others will need too. So, in case you're a creative writer stuck in a rut or you've disconnected from creative writing due to some over critical educator or if life hasn't created many opportunities for creative writing. Here's your permission to create some space to be with the pen.

I started DJing in the pandemic. We just had time didn't we? We returned to old hobbies, picked up new ones, got dogs...
I felt a lot of fear during that time, for the world and myself. Life continues even if the world stops, and sometimes you end up holding way more than you're capable of.
Ambient music helped me slow down and connect with my body. It especially helped me during transitions, from sleep to wakefulness. It accompanied me during my morning walks and during my movement sessions in the evenings.
The ambient mixes I share are for you and I to soften our transitions or to create intentional moments for self connection. Listen in the car or on the train on the way to work, during your bedtime routine, or in the mornings as you make and sip a cup of tea.
Today, I'll be playing some to gently hold me through some well overdue tasks around the house. It's nice to feel held by good music x
