im often asked about my camera gear and equipment and im very honest with my answer. i didnt study photography or fashion in any way or even assist on set. so everything i learned was from:
a. google or youtube (wish i had chatgpt at the time lol) b. asking other photographers, mostly over instagram dm or email
and
c. experience… literally trial and error on the spot
ive always thought that the camera itself is not nearly as important as the vision and the confidence of the artist wielding it. and with that being brave enough to dive in… not hesitating or holding back out of fear of rejection or failure, especially in a creative field where there truly is no such thing.
moral of the story, a small camera can get u very far but u have to fully commit to the bit ;)
