Girls would speak up for someone else but not always for themselves. That was one of the biggest insights from our @confidence_laboratory on Saturday.

Together, we explored a difficult but important question:
Why does it sometimes feel safer to stay quiet than to use your voice?

Through games, honest conversations, and girl-led problem solving, we watched girls open up, share vulnerabilities, make new friendships, and create solutions together.

Every idea added to our growing collection of 100 Girl-Made Confidence Breakthroughs — confidence solutions created by girls, for girls.

Because confidence isn’t built by adults guessing what girls need. It’s built by listening.
