For Courtlyn and Zachary’s wedding at Hotel Swexan in Dallas, Rachel (@rachelwillisevents ) and her team took on an incredibly important task so that the event could continue running smoothly.

They built a beautiful ceremony space, then in 45 MINUTES they had to tear it down and build the reception space for everyone to enjoy. All while guests were in the next room enjoying cocktails and a magic show.
